Pants 2.27.0 is released!

We are pleased to announce Pants 2.27.0, the latest release of Pantsbuild, the scalable and ergonomic build system. To update, set pants_version = "2.27.0"
in your pants.toml
. If you're not using Pants yet, get started now.

Highlights in 2.27 include:
- ๐๏ธ The Sandboxer feature, to fix a pernicious ETXTBSY race condition.
- ๐ชต Local and remote processes now log their action and command digests, for ease of debugging.
- โ๏ธ Several built-in tools have had the default versions upgraded.
- ๐ Stats logging now includes histograms by default.
- ๐ And a whole bunch of updates, bugfixes, and general improvements.
