On a roughly annual basis the Pantsbuild community survey gathers feedback about both the technical project and community health. It's an opportunity in a different modality from narrow tickets, pull requests, or Slack threads to step back and think about how everything is going.
The survey is brief, every response is read by a human, and it really does help the project. Whether it is your first day in the community or you have been using Pants for years, please take a few minutes to complete the survey.
